Stirred my heart.

As i said before in a previous post i am reading Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne. It is so good, it's one of those books that really makes you think and is hard to put down at the same time because it is such a great book. He was talking about what it looks like when people live in a community where everyone helps each other out and gives all they have just to help someone else. The author lives in this type of community that he named
"the Simple way".  People living as Jesus lived and by the foundation of the very first church. In acts chapter 2, this is the kind of church that we always dream about and they are making it happen in this community. I thought it was incredible how much of a difference a small group of people can make. As i read this chapter, my heart was definitely stirred. He then went on to tell stories of other people who are making a difference in their community.
God has been teaching me this summer that if i trust in Him everything will work out and he will be with me wherever i go :)
