Come to me- Matthew 11:28-30

Today i was reading my devotional for the day and at the top was Matthew 11:28-30 which says...

"Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."- Matthew 11:28-30
It went on to talk about how God asks us to come to him in the midst of struggles or when were so burried in sin, that we can only get out with His help. I know that sometimes in the midst of suffering or pain we may think that we can handle it all on our own, but we can't. This summer, the verse i've been continually saying to myself is  Joshua 1:9, this reminds me that God is with me wherever i go, no matter what i am going through he is always there, He's pretty amazing : )
Sometimes i have trouble giving all of my cares and worries to God, but then i remember this verse...
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding"-Proverbs 3:5
So again God is always there, this is one of those times when He holds me tight and says "Britney i love you so much"
Just remember that the God of the universe loves you so much and he is always there when for you no matter what.
